In February of 2005 we found a business for sale in the state of Georgia . It wa listed by Jo Dee Nylander ( trend Equity). We sent a check for $10,000 to be put on a escrow account when we got to Georgia to see the business it was not at all what had been described by emails and phone. We asked for the escrow money back as agreed upon in our original letter of intent we signed. Ms Nylander then wrote us a bad check and has to date not paid a dime to us. She has lied so many times it would take a book to cover it all. We are not the only people she has doen this to. she lives in the Orlando Florida area and continues to opertate. We have a judgment against her in the state of Georgia. She operates out of Florida and Denver she also continues to use the name Trend Equity among others. Before you list a business or buy a business with her please consider the fact she will steal and lie to anyone. check out her record of bad checks in any of the states and you will see.This is a picture of her.

She did something just as egregious to my husband and I. She takes advantage of good-hearted people. What a cunning, manipulative woman she is! I wouldn't hold my breath waiting to get repaid.

JoDee Nylander is a cunning and manipulative woman - also a crook and will end at nothing to get what she's after. Add to her corruptness home wrecker. She had been my good friend for almost four years. While I was out of town helping my daughter care for her newborn twins, she moved in on my husband, literally. Her boyfriend of five years changed the locks on his house to get rid of her. She had nowhere to go so sought the comfort of my husband Bob Baer. Somehow he fell for her and six months after I deivorced him they were married. She is an evil woman, cast some spell on him. He used to put her down to me called her a gold digger and pyscho.She is a sociapath without conscious. God will judge her in the end. Go after Mr. Robert Baer for the money she owes your husband at robertbaer@comcast.net or try calling him at 954-560-6417.
My only advice to anyone dealing with JoDee or Robert Baer, do back ground checks and you will never have any dealings with either of them.
She's the rudest person I've ever met. Mean spirited and mean hearted. Still at it years later apparently.
